A breakthrough in tabla design, this is the third creation of an inlaid 8 pointed shell with a ornamental hardwood . Base shell wood is Shisham, (Dalbergia Sissoo) and seamless inlaid points are Redheart hardwood (Erythroxylum). Creates a stunning contrast, and the Redheart is highly figured in a swirly almost flame like detail. Finished with handmade Hickory tuning pegs, and deluxe cover.  This tabla was sold before this listing could be created.
