Replaces the leather or material ring on the bottom of your tabla for enhanced tonal stability. These rings have no stretch, and the smooth surfaces prevent binding, delivering a more uniform tension to the tabla head. Combined with our zero-stretch Vectran strap, the only stretch in your Tabla system will be the head, resulting in greatly improved retention of balance and pitch. Two sizes available:
Large: Inside Diameter: 4.75″
Small: Inside Diameter: 4″
NOTE: Before ordering, please measure the feature on the bottom of your tabla and make sure it is at least 1/2″ smaller than the diameter of the ring you intend to buy. This will ensure proper fit when the straps are on.
