I personally handcraft each piece, and develop glazes that resemble wood grain, copper, rawhide, and the metallic black of the gab. They are completely food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe. It's best practice to handle with care and wash by hand, since the more detailed features can be chipped if accidentally struck or dropped. Since they are individually made, there will be mild variance and unique subtleties to enjoy.
